THERAPIST
Preferred:
LPCC, LCADC, LCSW, LPAT


Will consider:
LPCA, LCADCA, CSW, and LPATA


Provides clinically appropriate outpatient psychotherapy services as dictated by the clinical needs of the client(s). Services possible include individual, group, IOP, family and/or couples' therapies, within the clinicians' level of expertise.


Flexible scheduling. Office-based employment. Varied caseload available with expectation of full caseload. Consultation provided as needed.

Referrals, office space, marketing, full time staff that manages billing, EHR, credentialing is provided.


COMPETITIVE PAY SCALE


PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Will consider associate level licensed professional pursuing full licensure.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in a mental health discipline (i.e: psychology, social work, counseling) from an accredited college/university and experience working with the targeted population. 

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • One year experience with appropriate evidence-based practices preferred.
  • Good verbal and written skills, creativity, patience, and flexibility. Must be dependable.
  • Maintain multi-disciplinary working relationships with other clinicians, mental health therapists and counselors, and other related professionals in the community.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation including progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other material required.
  • Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth.
  • Maintain license, certification, and/or identified program performance skills.
