You don’t need to arrive
with it all figured out.

I work with adults navigating grief, burnout, changing relationships, and the moments when familiar ways of living no longer seem to fit. Sometimes the hardest part is admitting that something feels off, even when there isn’t a simple explanation.

My role is to listen closely, help you understand what you’re experiencing, and work with you on practical next steps. I bring warmth, curiosity, and room for honest conversation. You bring knowledge of your own life.

Experience, with room for your experience.

I have more than 17 years of clinical experience. My approach is collaborative and attentive to thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and everyday choices. I’m interested in how what we understand in the counseling room connects with life outside it.

We can notice familiar reactions, consider what they have been trying to protect, and explore other ways of responding. The work should make sense to you, and your feedback matters.

Beyond the counseling room.

I’m also the author of The Trudge Paradox. As The Trudge Therapist, I create writing, videos, reflection resources, and other educational work about navigating change and rebuilding life. This is a distinct body of work, separate from psychotherapy. You do not need to read or buy anything to work with me.
